J.Michael Weddings Packages and Prices

Each wedding is unique, and no one package fits all. I would love to meet in person over coffee or a yummy treat and see what custom package will fit your needs!





~~ DIAMOND ~~

This package is for the couple that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into making your wedding truly memorable and fabulous! I will plan and execute what you want to make your day perfect!

  • Unlimited in-person consultations/meetings as well as phone and email correspondence.
  • Provide a comprehensive list of preferred vendors for you to use.
  • Assistance in preparing and understanding a budget.
  • Monthly Checklists to keep us both on track.
  • Information on wedding etiquette.
  • From invitations, décor, selecting vendors, the venue, tastings, etc. I am with you the whole way. Help with finding, negotiating, and booking the perfect vendors for you and your wedding day! I will schedule appointments and accompany you to those appointments.
  • Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired.
  • Assist with menu and beverage planning (catering).
  • Assist with the choosing of invitations.
  • Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending.
  • Marriage License information.
  • Final meeting covering all details with you, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding.
  • Final walk-through with you at selected sites month of the wedding.
  • Customized ceremony and reception time-line, which is then distributed to all contracted vendors.
  • Contact and confirm delivery, setup, payment & expectations with all vendors.
  • Includes an Inspiration Board with your overall theme as well as Pantone color palate creation.
  • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. **This does not include all wedding décor.
  • Attendance and direction (can also be co-coordinated with officiant) at the rehearsal (up to one hour).
  • Supervision of venue set up. Ensure that all table numbers, place cards, programs, wedding favors are properly placed.
  • Work with Band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet and Garter Toss.
  • Direct Ushers with seating and program distribution.
  • Assist with handing out wedding flowers: pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
  • Provide a well-equipped wedding emergency kit.
  • Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Ensure flowers are held properly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
  • Help photographer(s) to get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for photography, etc.
  • Ensure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
  • Make sure things are running on schedule.
  • Make sure all vendors receive final payments as needed.
  • Includes an assistant for day of wedding

Includes on-site coordination and management of entire wedding day for up to 13 hours (Additional hours can be added as needed)





~~ PLATINUM ~~

This Package is for the couple that has started their planning and need help to complete and finalize the plans. I'll go over all the unfinished details that you may need assistance with and help turn your dreams into a reality.

  • Up to 5 in-person meetings.
  • Provide a comprehensive list of preferred vendors for you to use.
  • Visiting with up to 4 vendors categories together (ex: florist, DJ, cake, etc.) (Includes research to determine if vendor is available & what their pricing is, as well as compare to other options to help you find “the one”. I will also help negotiate contracts as necessary).
  • Assistance in preparing and understanding a budget.
  • Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired.
  • Meet at venue to go over decor elements, speak to venue manager, etc.
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls during the 4-month period leading up to your wedding.
  • Information on wedding etiquette.
  • Marriage License information.
  • Customized ceremony and reception time-line, which is then distributed to all contracted vendors.
